Deliveries
We offer a same day delivery for orders placed before 6.00pm. Otherwise next day delivery service is guaranteed.

International
International orders are also available on request. For International orders it would be best to place a next day delivery. (depending on time zone) (The flowers on our web site are subject to availability).
All deliveries will be made between 9 am and 6pm on the delivery date. If we are unable to deliver your order within this time you will be contacted to arrange another time for delivery, or refund you for the order, with your agreement. We will use our best endeavors to inform you if your flowers are not available at the time of order or before delivery.
You are responsible for correctly providing details of the delivery address.
A delivery by us is guaranteed an attempted delivery by us (or our delivery driver). We do not accept responsibility for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the bouquet at the delivery address given.
In the unlikely event your flowers are damaged in any way please keep hold of the flowers and contact us within 24 hours (Monday to Sunday) of receipt. We do not accept responsibility for any such claim unless you advise us within this time period.

Once we have processed your order and have received payment details we will send you an email of confirmation,

Gifts

We reserve the right to replace a similar balloon or gift if your chosen one is out of stock or out of production.

Blue Valley reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.

Complaints

Complaints are accepted by phone fax or email.

Cancellation
For cancellations Blue Valley requires 48hours notice former to the delivery date Monday to Friday.
